Privacy Code. Disclosure (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196)

Dear Guest, 

we wish to inform you, pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) that the processing of your personal data, as well as those of your family / group, reported in the “declaration form of the generalities of the guests” it will take place with correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protecting your privacy and your rights.

This treatment will also be carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:

  1. to fulfill the obligation set out in art. 109 of the Royal Decree 773 of June 18, 1931 and subsequent amendments, which requires us to register and communicate to the local public security authority the details of the clients housed; all the data collected will be transferred via web to the competent Police Headquarters in the manner referred to in article 3 of the Ministerial Decree of 11 December 2000.
  2. to comply with current accounting and tax obligations, all data collected will be transferred via the web to Studio Italiana di Consulenze srl.
  3. to perform the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you.
  4. to speed up the registration procedures in case of subsequent stays at our facility. In this case, your data will be kept for a maximum period of 365 days.

We also wish to inform you that the provision of your personal details as well as those of your family / group is mandatory for the obligations referred to in points 1 and 2 and your refusal to provide them will make it impossible for us to host you in our structure.

If you want the treatments referred to in point 3 to be carried out, you must instead provide us with your explicit consent by signing the declaration below. For any further information and to assert the rights recognized by article 7 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) you can contact the owner.

Data processing

The data collected will be entered into a computer database using the Turismo 5 procedure and processed in accordance with the Principles referred to in art. 3 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003); the Data Processor guarantees that any personal data are stored in an illegible form and that the only form of processing of the aforementioned data by subjects other than the owner is storage.

Right of access to personal data and other rights (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003)

– The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a. the origin of personal data.

b. of the purposes and methods of the processing.

c. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments.

d. the identification details of the data Controller and, if present, of the Managers and the designated representative.

e. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the state of managers or agents.

– The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data.

b. cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.

c. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a. and b. have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

– The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a. for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.

b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The rights listed above are exercised with a request addressed without formalities to the owner or manager, also through a person in charge to whom suitable feedback is provided without delay.
